Limitations
- The feature requires compatible Google Play services and nearby-device permissions.
- Bluetooth and Wi-Fi must be available, and the QR code expires after 60 seconds.

Are files uploaded to a developer server?
No. The verified QR Transfer flow connects nearby phones directly using Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
Why can the pairing QR code expire?
The receiving screen states that the one-time code is valid for 60 seconds to limit reuse.
